Dr. Jacob Rullo is a SEAMO-funded clinician scientist in the Department of Ophthalmology, cross-appointed to the Departments of Biomedical and Molecular Sciences and Medicine, and, in addition to completing his residency at Queen’s, has been here since July 2020.

SEAMO is pleased to welcome two new physicians to the Department of Medicine in May 2022.

The Nominations and Governance Development Committee (NGDC) is one of SEAMO’s standing committees that reports back to the Governing Committee. Mr. John Sheridan has been Chair of this Committee and Vice-Chair of the Governing Committee for the past three years after being recruited by current Board Chair Mr. George Thomson.

Dr. Stuart Reid is an attending staff in the Division of Neurology at Kingston Health Sciences Centre and Director of the Movement Disorders Program.

Dr. Jocelyn Garland is a full-time associate professor in the Department of Medicine, Division of Nephrology at Queen’s University. Dr. Garland’s primary focus in clinical nephrology is the diagnosis and care of kidney patients who have complex, rare diseases: glomerulonephritis (GN) and pregnancy care for chronic kidney disease patients.
