AEFI (adverse event following immunization) reporting is available in the Ocean eReferral tool. With COVID-19 
vaccinations expanding to children ages 5-11, pediatric COVID-19 AEFI can also be reported using the same form in the eReferral tool.
Effective immediately, Paediatric COVID-19 AEFIs can be reported electronically using the same Ocean Healthmap listing as the adult COVID-19 AEFIs (Adverse Event Following Immunization (AEFI) Reporting Form - COVID-19). Work is currently underway to update the form to list the paediatric vaccine as an option. As a temporary measure (approximately 4 weeks), clinicians can select “Other” to report a pediatric COVID-19 AEFI.
