Vivian Carter recently joined us as our Regional eConsult Service Coordinator. Prior to joining 
SEAMO, Vivian worked as a Change Management Specialist on the eConnect Project, where she worked with Primary Care Providers in nurse practitioner clinics, long term care homes, midwifery clinics and several allied health clinics to facilitate primary care clinicians’ adoption of the eConnect application.
Previously, while working at the Kingston Health Sciences Centre, Vivian worked with eHealth Ontario to facilitate the adoption of the cNEO application, which gave physicians access to patient lab results on OLIS – the provincial laboratory information system. These two roles in particular have given Vivian insight into physician practices and the unique aspects and requirements to consider when helping facilitate adoption of new technology.
Vivian is excited to bring her health care experience and her analytical and change management skills, along with her enthusiasm for the health care sector to the role of Regional eConsult Service Coordinator.
